I heard on the news that all people living in the L.A. area should be careful.. apperantly some random shooters are driving on the streets killing people in random areas...

It is not just Los Angeles. The last two were in Tustin and Riverside if I remember correctly.

 

The freeway was pretty empty when I was driving home tonight.. I had forgotten that this was supposed to happen.

 

If it's a single person driving in the shooting car, then the safest lane of the freeway to be in would probably be the far right lane since it would be harder to shoot out the passenger side window. (Since it would restrict their field of fire).

At any rate, the gangs around here are going absolutely bonkers. I wish there was a way we could just stop these motherf*ing idiots once and for all, but the more the police go after them, the more people want to join them... Idiots, all of them.

Think I have a general problem with Mexicans and I am racist? Next event I'll bring along several of my very good friends in life that are in fact from Jalisco, Mexico and are here with documents and are very hard working indiividuals that have assimulated to the American culture and are unpstanding citizens raising upstanding children. The vast majority of illegal immigrants come here to escape the poverty of their country. The United States offers opportunities that are unavailable in their countries of origin. At the drop of a hat. How many of there immigrants have had to learn English to maintain these minimum wage jobs? The majority, so with that said it certainly sounds like a determination more over exploitation. Would you learn another language to get a job?

My mother worked as an Immigration and Naturalization director for over 25 years. She spent here career keeping illegal immigrants out of this country. She also developed several taskforces in an effort to apprehend felons from other countries before reaching American soil. Trust me; Mexicans are the least of your concern. There are what most would consider being unsuspecting races for more prone to child molestation, rape, murder, and prostitution.

I’ve been in the sales game now for over 14 years now and have all types of cliental. Help me understand why “Mexicans” consistently have far better fico scores than whites? I have seen more 800+ scores out of Latinos than whites. Why? Pride and work ethic. Whites will throw their hands up and BK because it’s easier than working two or three jobs until they can get out of debt. You guys are always the first ones to complain and first to give up. How many Mexicans do you see begging on freeway off ramps, you don’t. That’s because they are to busy SELLING flowers, fruits, and /or nuts. It’s the white guys reeking of alcohol holding the “Vietnam Vet” or “Laid Off” sign that is begging for a hand out.

I know you’re self employed dean and I’m not sure what exactly fuels you animosity for the race. Perhaps you are constantly being out bid by Mexicans that do a far better job for a fraction of the cost or something deeper like loosing an ex-girlfriend to a smooth talking wetback. But hey whatever it might be I know it will never change but that’s what makes this great country of ours great isn’t it.

Oh and this whole thing about papers, you can purchase a social security card, resident alien card, and a drivers license for about $150-200. But with your keen sense of perception you would be able to tell the difference wouldn’t you.

When the Irish, Germans, Italians and every other non-french or english migrated here in the mid 1800's, the "Natives" did the same thing that people do today. They needed a scapegoat, so they went down to the ships, threw rocks at them, slurred them, called them ni_gers (thats right, the "Natives" called the Irish, Germans, and Italians ni_gers), and blamed them for all of society's ills.
How ironic, now the european "Natives" do the same thing to mexicans as the English/French "Natives" of the mid 1800's did to their ancestors.

Here'sthe problem when we talk in defining terms of the word "Mexican".

I understand is may be derogitiry to classify a Columbian as a Mexican when a Columbian does something wrong. Truth is, a Columbian that has migrated up from Columbia and has gained access into the US did so from the Mexican border. He or she did not fly into here on an airplane directly for Columbia unless they are "privilaged". That lies the responsibilty on the Mexican government for not helping their own people or their migraints.

Problem with todays society is that every on has a victum mentality and are out to sue or feel they are deserving because someone 'disrepected them" or they are "underprivilaged". Fact is, blame your parents if you are underprivialged, its not societies fault or duty to raise you. It was not the right of your parents to concieve you and expect the world to give you your equal portion because you now exist.

People have worked had for years to accumulate wealth and security and it is uncomprehentionable that someone of poverty expect to have 5 children and they have equal statis as someone "privilaged". The poor are the ones that came up with the term "Privilaged" as though it is a bad thing. I was not born "privilaged", nor am I now. But I will tell you I am a hard working individual that has earned a right in societly to be a property owner through responsible work and savings and not giving in and blaming others or trying to steal to get ahead. I have no criminal record.

I still have not earned the right in life to have another child because I could not responsibly afford to raise two children and properly educate them so they will not need to be applying for public assistance. Why should someone "less privilaged" than my less privialged standard be aloud help raising two or more children and pay no tax dollars, yet collect aid of the tax dollars I am constantly being demanded more and more of?

Conclusion, when I address a comunity of people as Mexican, I am speaking of California statistics that shows the increasing population over the last 20 years of people that have migrated accros the mexican borders for a so called "Better life" and have show statically in general masses to be irresponsible as parents and promoting poverty and mayham in our community and turning this place into the impovershed Mexico that you all so fondly have fled. Maybey the parents here can't provide the needed guidance because they work three jobs each and feel lucky to get food on the table. You are talking about people who lived in what is basically a third world enviroment and uprooted their families to come to America. When they get here they are confronted by a society that does not embrace them and they are flooded by MTV, ATM's, high prices, low paying no benefit jobs etc..etc... The news as stated on TV is selective and sometimes they even get it right.
Tonight for example we heard that this was the 12 or 14th shooting. From what I had heard a week ago there were only about 8 or 9.
Anyone have a accurate figure.

BTW anyone else see the SUV the LA/Compton cops shot up. They discharged 90 to 100 shots, hit the driver 4 times none seriously, one cop did shoot another cop good enough to knock him over, saved by his vest. They did manage to hist 3 or 4 houses.
