Wanted: A/C delete heater fan...

Anyone happen to have a heater fan blade for the A/C delete option?

The A/C delete cars use a shorter fan. This is the only piece I still need to 86 my A/C system.

If I can find the the time, I want to ditch my A/C and install my new race radiator along with a power steering cooler before the Auto-X on June 26th.

Its different?

I didnt want to hear that.

Some of the fans are available aftermarket, or at least they used to be. Have you tried that yet?

Yeah, the A/C delete box doesn't stick out as far from the firewall as the A/C version, so the blower motor uses a shorter fan.

I haven't tried any of the AP stores yet, but I'll give it a shot and let you know what I come up with.

Chris,
I've done some online digging and here's what I've found. The blower fan is available. Part numbers I found are:
158395 (AC Delco) / 52458984 (GM) – This is the short fan (or "wheel" according to some sites) and comes as a "press-on" part. Apparently there used to be a bolt-on version (#03094157), but it is discontinued.

158418 (AC Delco) / 52460704 (GM) – This is the long fan. Again, press-on only.

GM Parts Direct shows them as available. Rock Auto also lists them. The short fan is a "special order" item at both sites. That means no return/refund at gmpartsdirect.com.

I think I'll order one from GM Parts Direct. Total comes to $22.80.
