Auto Zone, Pep Boys, and/Kragen, maybe not necessaily in stock but they can do a special order - overall I would rather deal with Jeg's or Summit IMHO

I can suggest not getting MSD wires. Every set that my dad and I have seen have high resistance values, and will shock you hard if you touch the distributor.

I have had the opposite experience on both issues witht he MSD wires. I've never been shocked and the resistance values have been extremely low.

never tried the wires... but their Coils and MSD 6A & 6AL SUCK!!! coil died in 3 months.. the 6A died in 6 months.. the 6AL made my car run crappy up top... then eventually died after 4 months.. i dont just hate MSD.. i hate accel too.. had a replacement accel coil and it died after 2 months..

stock original GM coil back on.. and still going strong.

I've been using a msd 6AL and Msd wires for years and have never yet had a failure. Try Team C in Bellflower. Its about 45 min. driving distance. www.teamc.com

I have had a good experience with both the MSD Wires and Coils, but not such a good experience with one 6AL box I purchased and I sold it along with a 6A box my Z28 came with when I bought it

I'll second that- I haven't had any noticeable problems with either MSD coils or wires. Team C can get you just about anything you want/need. Great service, and (unlike your local Kragen/Auto Zone/Pep Boys) when you get technical with them, they actually know what you're talking about!

I have been buying from Team C for years and have found that their prices are usually fairly close to catalog pricing.

will shock you hard if you touch the distributor.
I have had the unfortunate pleasure of experiencing this first hand and let me just say, "Wow!"

I know my 6-AL works because I have been shocked before and it in no way compared to the shock I got from that MSD wire.
