Idiot of the year award

This guy is driving his pickup thru Santa Clarita with illegally dark windows and no seat belt on.
So while giving him the ticket the officer notices that the guy is very nervous so the cop gets his dog out and and the dog goes beserk.
Seems this idiot was hauling 880lbs, yes 400 kilos, of cocaine.

Are criminals ever showing any evidence of intelligence? If a guy is going to haul Cocaine he should at least drive a legal vehicle, and obey traffic laws. Of course if they did that it would be a lot harder to stop them.
