i got a 67 tempest that i would like to trade for a convertible camaro or IROC. The tempest has a rebuilt engine(326) and rebuilt 350 trans with aprox 10k, no rust, just surfacelight surface rust, original bucket seat car, centerline easy gto clone. Now the bad...just needs a starter, i put the og gm starter and it started to overheat so now is gone, ill probably fix it soon. i am looking for any third gen camaro V8 convertible, i prefer tbi or tpi or a 86-89 Iroc-Z let me know.

 

If you don't get a response to this post in a week or so, I would reccomend that your best bet would be to sell the Tempest outright, and then look for a vert to buy. Third Gen verts are fairly rare, and anyone on this board who has one is generally not interested in selling.
