i know not everyone that own's a thirdgen is on here as a board member but hot dam i pulled up to a stop light the other day down here in san diego i was in the keep straight lane and a purple Z28 vert rolled up in the left turn lane and the dam thing looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor! with chrome I rocs. he had his top down and we exchanged nods (i was in my 3rd gen as well ) and that was that call me weird but i was just wondering if maybe this person is a board member out here in so cal??

 

Nobody I heard of. If you see him again, flag him down and introduce him to our club.

 

i will and im sure ill see it again one day. i wanted to say somethin but his lane turned green in about a sec and he was gone. man that thing was spotless though with a brand new looking vert top. he wasnt young either looked more like a business type guy. that would be a cool addition to our club. do you ever try to recruit or enlighten anyone if you see em in a 3rd gen? jus wondering.

 

I do all the time. I have even left notes of our site on thirdgens. I dont think I have been successful though.

 

Yes I try to recruit new people too. Don has business cards made up for his business and the club info on them, that I leave on windshields or hand to people I see. I dont think anyone has joined from that, though. They probably just throw them away thinking they're spam.
