hey fellas,

im having a small problem..i finally got my camaro running and well i had to smog this past saturday and well i couldnt because of a small issue im having..
i turn on my car n it idles ok not perfect not bad.. but the thing is when i put it in gear and as i start to roll, once i reach 1500rpm's a security light turns on and the car shuts off.. it will turn right back on..but again 1500 and off again..any tips?

any help would be great..thanks again guys!

well to be honest, it was cyl.2 n 7 wer swapped by mistake on the plug wires... as soon as i did the swap the car turned on right away on the first turn. And ALSO the maf wouldnt make my car turn off anymore LOL WOOT!!..i was very excited with the outcome that i went out for a spin around my block..made my day being able to drive her after 2yrs being away from her LOL!! talk about reunited and it felt so good!! haha!
Mr.Don told me the light had to do with the vats..but what had me confused was that the car WOULD turn on everytime and be on for as long as i wanted, but as i moved it died..idk but im glad this part is over..
shes a non op right now i paniked so i had no other choice..ima try n get it a better tune so i can take it to the smog..
