With 1 point to spare.Failed the first attempt.Purchased-1 bottle Lucas octane booster, new rotor.Retarted the timing 2 degree,raised idle speed & leaned idle mixture a bit.That HC# was 133 PPM last smog test!My #s were lower across the board this time Vs last, but because Ca lowered HC to 93 PPM i failed....BASTARDS.

Yep, gotta love this state. Cant add devices, cant swap to "illegal" parts even if you make them just as good or better than stock, but they can lower the standards to pass!

I dont know how they get away with it.That $hit should be illegal.My car is certified by 84 EPA standards & it surpasses them, yet still thats not good enough!
