I've done the wobble fix 3 times now. The last one I actually removed the hinge pins to get to all 4 inverse torx nuts.
It's not to hard if you have the right tools like the steering wheel puller(under$20) and spring compressor(under$20). Those and regular tools will get you acces to 2 of the 4 bolts. To get to all 4 you must remove the pivot hinge pins.
Look at this tech article. I use it every time for refference.

You can it buddy. Bring it on by my place and I'll do it for a 6 pack.
