California Speedway??
When you say California do you mean California Speedway or just any tracks on Cali? 
LACR is open for Wednesday and Saturday Test and Tune, Carlsbad is open on Saturdays and Irwindale and Rialto are still open for 1/8 mile every now and then. As far as California Speedway, I would check out their web site:

And see if you can find more dates for the SLDs to be open. They sent a post card with dates to most everyone on the board however the last weekend indicated was yesterday and today (March 9th & 10th). Hopefully then will send out a new mailer soon
