im a real idiot when it comes to cars, but i want a new suspension because my car is beating itself to pieces.. what do i need? front, back?

 

Rear lower control arms
Panhard Bar
front struts
rear shocks
springs
front lower control arms
front steering/suspension that includes centerlink, tie rods (inner and outer), adjusting sleeve, ball joints, pitman arm, and idler arm.
Torque arm
Sway Bars
also Sub Frame connectors and a strut tower brace can be added
