Sway Bar: 40mm

I've been comtemplating the effects this would have on a car for a while now. If I were to have a custom 40mm sway bar (hollow) made for the front and a matching one for the rear what kind of results could I expect to see. I'd probably run into problems trying to find bushings. It's just something I always wondered about: why not go bigger than 36? (other than the fact that you can pick them up pretty easily)

You can get too stiff of a sway bar. If the track is rough that you are cornering on, your tires may skip across the pavement since the suspension can't move up and down across the bumps.

You dont want it so stiff that when you turn a corner, the inside tire lifts off the pavement. Your body needs to have some roll in it.
