Brake Dust shields
Brake Dust shields
well, I am torn - from what I have heard, you cannot have good brake pads that dont kill you with dust! (I mean good as in stop well). So, the alternative I have found is brake dust shields. What does everyone think of em? It makes me kinda leary to cover up my brakes...but....
btw, I saw a post somewhere that listed these - http://www.calcarcover.com/product.a...Search+Results

I have a set from my 16" Iroc wheels if you want them. I changed wheels so they don't really "fit" anymore. They kept the dust off really well. As some will tell you, these aren't recommended if you do a LOT of heavy braking. Regular driving is fine. I have on problems and I have (had) them on 2 cars.

Don't mean to butt in, but what do you want for those dust shields. I've used them before and like them. I have been keeping my eyes open for a set here and there ( it hasn't been at the top of my list).

I had my brother make me some out of sheet metal and I painted them black. Work great. Can't even tell they're there.
