Vibration/shaking from the rear

My Formula has developed what could be best described as a shaking at speeds around 60mph. It also seems to be coming from the rear end. I recently had a battle with vibration that was cured with a 1LE driveshaft. This is somehow different that the previous vibration deal though. I've been told that when these cars get high mileage(125K+) that the bearings start to wear grooves in the axles which allows unwanted play which can cause this. A friend also has this problem and swapped his poly bushing panhard bar for the OEM piece and the problem improved. Has anyone here dealt with this problem before and if so how did you fix it?

They were balanced during the vibration hassle.

Have you hit anything recently? You could have a slightly bent axle.
