Rusted Lug Nuts And Studs?

I took my passenger side front tire off to check out my brakes and found that the studs and the inside of the lug nuts had rusted. The spindle lug face was wet with what smelled like oil. No brake fluid was leaking. Anyone else run into this before?

Not me personally. Just coat the lugs with some good quality anti-sieze when you put it back together.
