I just installed.....

This weekend I put in my Spohn SFC's (which I've had since Feb), Edelbrock Strut tower brace and Eibach Springs.

It feels like a differnt car now, and almost all the squeeks and rattles come from the doors. I still have some unknown creaking sound that comes from the front passenger sided when I stop.

The pro kit springs made my car 1 inch lower front and rear. Keep in mind I was replacing 16 year old springs with 200K on them.

The strut tower brace fit nicely with no clearance problems (TPI), It does come really close to the hood though, it touches the heat shield in two spots.

Good Job Man! I want to get that same STB but my funds do not allow for it yet. Your creaking on the pass. side is likely coming from a bad ball joint. Did you replace them when did everything?

I noticed the same creaking sound coming from the passenger side also, right after I installed my Spohn SFC. The only difference is I hear mine when I accelerate. And yes my ball joints were replaced prior to installing the SFC's.

yeah, I replaced the ball joints and bushings about a year ago. I think it may be either my struts, upper bearing, or those triangle braces that connect to the frame. I'll check this weekend.

I doubt it's the triangle braces you refered to. Post your results and let me know if you find anything out.

I had a creak coming from my passenger area after I installed my South Side Machien SFCs. It ended up being the SLP y-pipe rubbing on the front of the passenger SFC. You might check exhaust... Just trying to help!
