1.7-1.8 60' ft's?
Can I pull less than a 1.9 without a adj. torque arm or sub-frame connectors?Im using BF drags and can get 1.9s sometimes mostly 2.0s will it be easier with the subs and torque arm?

i put the lakewood adjustable panhard rod and trailing arms in my car. best on 225/60-15 raidal tires (not drag radials) is 1.964 now if i add some drag radials i'm sure it'll be in the 1.8's

I have lakewood LCA's but I didnt do the panhard rod its more for cornering than drag racing right? Which one would help more the frame connectors or torque arm? Im going to get both sooner or later.

The one single thing you can do to the suspension that will lower your 60' the most, is LCA lowering brackets. The difference is astounding. They correct the stupidly wrong geometry in the design of these cars whereby the rear of the LCA is higher than the front. What that does is make the rear end want to lift itself off the pavement more and more the more it tries to push the car forward. Lowering brackets lower the rear of the LCA, such that when the rear end tries to push forward on the car, it tries to push itself down into the pavement.
You will break strange things if you get better 60' times than 1.9 without SFCs, like windshields. Definitely get a set of those. If you want to know why, have somebody videotape a launch from the left side of the strip about 50' down the track looking along the side of the car with the camers about a foot off the ground, and play it back in slow motion. You'll probably be able to see the car bend upward about ¾" in the middle a couple of frames after power is applied and before the left front corner of the car starts to lift.

Suspension alone won't lower your 60' times. It all has to do with torque. If the engine doesn't produce enough and the torque converter stall speed is too low then there won't be enough torque to lower the 60' times. Tire size and gearing also plays into 60' time.
All an aftermarket torque arm and SFC will do is reduce or eliminate chassis and suspension flex to make the 60' times more consistant.
