Uh oh, pep boys alignment job

Uh oh, pep boys alignment job
Hey guys,
I got my alignment and front tires balanced, and the balancing worked, but im afraid the alignment wasn't. I noticed the wheel shimmy stopped and so did the bouncing up front. But the part where i get hazy is that the steering wheel isn't straight like i thought it would be. Is it supposed to go straight after an alignment? I payed a lot of money for this do u think I should go back and complain, last deal w/ pep boys mechanics, sorry to those who might be.
