Aftermarket torque arms worth the $$$

Are the aftermarket torque arms worth the $$$ you have to dish out for them? In case you can't tell by all my posts, i'm doing quite a few suspension mods lately and was just wondering if this was something worth adding to the mod list. Thanx

I'm not looking for specific numbers or anything, just wondering if they make any difference. I like the mods that can be felt in the "butt dyno" (not like that). If they give better launches, 60ft. times or make the car noticeably stiffer, then i would consider it worth while.

I have the Random Technology arm in my Z.The car is alot tighter with this arm,60ft dropped about 3 to 4 tenths (2.20 to 1.80 on radials),and it allows me to adjust pinion angle which aids in traction, cornering, and better all around handling characteristics. Are they worth it?.. IMHO..every penny!I paid $325 4 years ago just in case you were wondering how many pennies it is worth to me!:lala:

What is the difference between it and the Global West Trac Link System? Is it a torque arm aslo, they just gave it a different name? Do you even really need a better torque arm for drag racing or is it better for like curves?

if you're penny pinching, you can also box your stock one. not as good as an adjustable one but i've read on here that it makes a significant improvement
