If the interior panel is stock and came on your car and your suspension hasn't been changed it means you have the WS6 performance suspension.

I'm all stock but I don't have the 16" rims. I thought the ws6 option had 16" wheels?

That package is slightly better handling than your average stock Camaro or Firebird, but it doesn't hold a candle to most aftermarket performance parts. They are mostly still stamped metal products and rubber bushings. The only things of real value are your larger sway bars, but the bushings should be changed for real performance. Your springs are great for daily street use when it comes to still wanting a little comfort and mild performance, but remember-- "comfort doesn't equal performance".
