New struts & shocks?

I put the regular KYB's on about 15,000 miles back, now I'm doing new Hotchkis springs. Should I look into replacing the struts/shocks again or will these be ok for now? I on a limited budget so if I even consider swapping them would be with KYB's new AGX (i think). Need opinions.

Transmission: 700r4 3300 yank converter

Axle/Gears: 3.27 9 bolt

no need to replace them.
