What consists of a Performance Pack?

Been out all day at local parts stores shopping for brakes. Every one of them aked if my car had the Performance Pack on it.

I have an '88 IROC convertible from factory with 305 TPI and automatic.

Price for calipers , rotors, pads were all ridiculous if I had Performacne Pack....told them no since I have rear drums...not disc.

Any help here?

Performance brakes = 1LE brakes

It was a rare option on '89-'92 cars. If you have rear drums, then you don't have the performance brakes. The 1LE cars had 12" rotors up front with twin piston calipers.
