Maybe someone can help now

Ok maybe someone can point out where the subframe connectors start and stop on this camaro.......and are they welded in the "indention" close to the outer part of the car? It goes up above the floor pans? Like the part that stops the door when you close it?

Go here: http://homepage.mac.com/glenyappa/PhotoAlbum7.html

and look at the third picture!

They are welded in the normal position and start and stop just like most others at the front mount of the rear LCA's. I think what is puzzling you is the lack of ground effect skirts in the picture- the car is completely striped of all bolt-on body panels. The side underdoor panels actually return back under the car when installed and hang lower than the outside rails you are looking at in this pic.

What's puzzling me is...

I don't know where they start at? Do you jus start the front of the car and stop at the rear before the rear end? I don't ahve a clue...That's why I am asking...I am not sure where ANY subframe connectors are welded to...do they go in th elittle indention taht raises like 2 or 3 inches and makes a "door jam">?

damn it seems pretty clear where they start and stop. if you're not sure what the bottom side of a f body looks like get under your car and then take a look at the pics. all you have to do is connect the front SF to the rear, make the tie in where the front of the LCA bolts. weld then to the rocker panel or floor pan for extrx strength.
