36mm poly bushings

Since search in down I can't look this up, but I seem to remember posts where it was stated that for 36mm sway bars they "honed" poly bushings to make them larger to fit a 36mm bar. I'm curious what type of tooling is used to hone a poly bushing to fit the 36mm bar?

Why don't you just get a 36mm bushing? They make them you know.

Summit sells a 1 3/8 in. or 35mm set as well.

I know they make them, but I've already got 34mm poly bushings and I own a machine shop. For me it's hard to justify spending $35 plus shipping if I can take .078 out of these bushings for the 36mm bar. I'm thinking about using and end mill and writing a quick program for my machining center and trying to do it that way. But that's cutting, not honing. That's why I asked about what tooling is used for honing them.
