Steve or anyone else. Q on 9" and relocating brackets

On the site it says that there are relocation brackets for 10 bolt and 12bolt rear ends, and then a spot for moser 12 bolts and moser 9".

What about Currie 9"? Or is it assumed they are the same as moser?

you mean LCA relocation brackets? i'd guess they'd be universal fit reguardless of who made the rear since the rears bolt up to factory hardwear in factory location.

I was thinking the same as well, but why does he have one made for moser rear ends, and one for GM rear ends?

On the Moser rear the LCA mounts are fabricated out of a thicker steel so if you measure the width of the mount it should be 2 7/8" and a 10 bolt is 2 3/4" if memory serves me correct. If you have a Moser 9" measure the width of the mount. I have a old Moser (1995) and the LCA mounts are the smaller because they were cut off of another rear and welded on but all of the more recent Moser 9" are fabed.

Because Moser uses heavier gauge steel for their brackets so our bracket has to be wider.

For a Currie rear use Part # 210-S
