I know this has been asked, but....
I have a different question to add in.
I have recently read that Eibach Pro-kit is only progressive in the rear. The front is linear. Is this true?
I want to cut ~1/2 a coil off of the front. Is this okay for comfort? I mean, I know it won't be stock, but it won't be like 800lbs/in from a progressive.
If I cut the front, what should I do with the rear? Should I use the prokit rear, or should I take the stock springs and cut them down?
TIA

i cut 1/2 of the top coil on my fronts only and it worked great....i followed an article by gmhtp. the car that was used is a member here as well, although i have yet to see him on the boards.
it worked fine however i suggest changing your bumpstops as you will hit them and cause a bouncing effect. once that is cured the car works perfect but is slightly lower in the front.
good luck, remember don't cut the spring with a torch and you'll be fine.
