some quick questions...
ok im replacing one of my endlinks and i got some with poly bushings. the original are rubber so i dont know how to use the poly bushings. do u put the wide side of the bushing next to the washer or the tapered side? is there a specific torque for the nut or just real tight?
thanks
thanks

alright nm i found some pictures on
http://www.energysuspension.com/endl.html
do u sometimes have to cut the shaft that goes over the endlink to fit? i have to compare the old and new one still, but just looking at it, it seems i may have to cut.

also i noticed w/ the car jacked up off the wheel, there is a wide space between the 2 parts the endlink connects. do i need to install a new endlink with the weight of the car on the suspension?
The swaybar should be tightened with the suspension loaded, easiest way is on ramps up front and jackstands under the rear axle tubes.
Tightening the endlinks with the suspension unloaded will likely result in preload...and really weird handling.

ok i'll have access to a shop rack next week that can raise the car while its still has the weight on the wheels. i'll install them then. thanks for that info, otherwise i would have stuck them on while the suspension was not loaded.
