LT1 swap suspension question

i am putting a 95 LT1 in my 92
the fron of the car doesnt seem to want to settle back to stock height with my new motor in. its all "jacked up".
what up wit dat?

If it is an LT1 from an F-body there is alot more aluminum on it then your stock 305, so the engine overall is lighter.

That said, it should still settle back down it may take a bit of time.

ok, well i sure hope it does, the motor has been in for a month and its stil off

maybe the engine is lighter but how can it make such a difference? i can sit on my hood and the difference in how it sits isnt very noticeable. and i weigh alot more than any difference between the two blocks.

thats whats been buggn me, i can stand in the engine bay with a friend, and it doesnt go down much at all. im just not sure what to think

Have you moved the car around since the motor was installed? If not, it should settle once you roll it.

i havent driven it but it gets pushed in and out of the shop alot
