How can you tell the manufacturer of a tire if the name is not on the tire ? A friend recently bought a used car with new tires but I can't see any name on it for a manufacturer. Don't all tires have to disclose who manufactured them ? Car is a 1990 Pontiac Trans Am 350. Tires are 245/50HR16. They are brand new but can't tell who makes them. Also, the car came with Z rated tires and these are H. Does that matter ?
