im doin a v6 to 350 swap but this is my first time to do alot of stuff
i just pulled the front springs out of my parts car but damn that was rough how is the best way to get them into my project car
and the second question is about SFCs i have heard stuff about being able to use 2 different SFCs at the same time what is goin on with this could someone clearify

First thing I'm gonna tell you to do is search....
cause I've read pretty much what you are asking a few times..
it's mentioned that Alston SFCs work with various other ones... like Kenny Brown and Spohn... ie you can have the alstons and other ones...
As to the springs..... Search Search Search... there's sites you can find linked that have details about what they all did..
