control arm bushings

my control arm bushings are probably pretty bad. how much of a difference will poly ones make it there worn out a lot. the car sat for 11 years and i don't think they were ever replaced. what will it help if i replace them? i don't know if it is worth it to put new ones in right away, i probably will, but what do you think?

Put new ones in...it's a WORLD of difference. While the A-arms are out, do your motor mounts and tranny mount to put everything back to normal height.
