idler arm
hey guys i figured out why my car shakes at aroudn 90, my idler arm is worn bad, u can move the front wheels alot in either direction and the arm goes up and down. so wut i was wondering is about how much do these run and is there any hidden treasures when i go to change it, thanks

Mark where it is on the frame, and put the new one back on exactly where the old one was, to preserve the correct geometry (parallelogram, horizontal) of the steering linkage.
Like was said, a pretty easy and straightforward job with no special tools or skills required, and can make a huge improvement to the feel of the car.

There's no bushing there (or anywhere else in the steering linkage for that matter). Only a dust boot over the rod end fitting that's made into the idler arm.
