Edelbrock TBI strut brace...

I'm looking at getting a strut brace for my car. I wanna get an edelbrock one. Is there a 3 piece and a 1 piece brace? If so, which is better and what are the part numbers for those.

i have the edelbrock, i think it is a VERY good piece, it is overkill for the application .

and what do you mean by 3 piece and 1 peice?

They only make 1 brace for a carb/TBI car...#5227.The three piece braces you are probably thinking of are for the TPI cars.

I have the Edelbrock TBI strut tower brace, and for the few years that I have had it I would never go back. Handling and stiffness is improved greatly. :lala:

Around $127 in Jegs for the TBI/carb brace.

I bought one but in the rush to get it I didn't check that it wouldn't fit on cars with the A/C on the driver's side... does any one want to buy it? $120 takes it!

Nothing that I can think of right now... just want to get what I paid for it and get a new Edelbrock water pump, thanks for the offer to barter though... I'll keep you in mind if I need to trade anything later...
