tried installing trick springs with a spring compressor , still cant get them in too dern long !! ya'll think i can remove the a arm off the frame and install them and the spring as an assembly? any suggestions would be helpful!!

 

you could raise the car, then set up a bottle jack or something similar to support the a-arm. remove the a-arm bolts on one end and lower the jack. the spring can go in and out pretty easily and safely this way
