Drag/Perfomance Shocks
i did a search and couldnt find what i was looking for, i am looking at the competition engineering shocks, the adjustable ones, for the rear of my car(going to buy the fronts when i got the money), and i wanted to know what is the best ratio for shocks when dragging, 70/30, 60/40, or 50/50? and what effects may it have on the car frame, tires, and springs, any info is great, thanks
they have a pretty good description, for what ratio is good for what application.

i was looking at the lakewood 70/30 struts and 50/50 shocks.

I had the 70/30 on the front and for me it wasn't enough. It might have been b/c the front sway bar was and is still connected. This is also not my daily driver.
Note that my swaybar is still in. Do Not remove the swaybar and use the 90/10's up front for regular street use. I'm sure a few people do but I would not recommend it. Also be aware the ride won't be nearly as nice with those shocks/struts. Feels like no give in front over big bumps and alot of give in back but that suspension setup isn't designed for the bumps of everyday roads. The 70/30's will be a little more forgiving.
