jegster torque arm
hi, im looking into aftermarket torque arm setups. spohn and bmr's trak-pak torque arms looked good, but i hear they have limited ground clearance and they are too expensive for me. it seems like the next best thing would be the jegster torque arm. who all is running these and with what results? has anyone modified it to allow adjustability? how is ground clearance compared to stock with this torque arm? are there any other good torque arms out there that arent so expensive?
The Edelbrock piece may not be stronger than a boxed stocker, but definitely lighter.
LGmotorsports.com sells a stouter one but for nearly double the cost, also lighter. It also has a better front piece @ the tranny mount than stock/Edelbrock W-shaped thing which may bind under load.
You might also check Random Technologies' piece, it's adjustable and seems like the price was reasonable....$325 at thunderracing.com
