Few susp questions
1) I have read a few threads about coil over conversions. What advantage does this have over the stock setup. Especially since thirdgens seem to outhandle fourthgens.
2) A-arms & K members. Stupid question, but the K member is the piece directly under the engine and is the crossmember. The a-arms bolt to the K-member and are on the far ends which also the seat for the springs and bolted to the strut and spindle. correct?
I am looking for ways to upgrade my suspension what I have is below.

I don't know what the difference on the springs you mention but I did notice you did not list any SFCs or strut brace. If you don't have any do youself a favor and get some. These cars flex too much and your suspension has to work extra hard to keep up. You be surprise what a stiffer chassis will do to your overall handling not to mention stop most of the sqweaks and rattles.
