getting new springs/shocks/struts
Out west, we've got Les Schwab tire centers.
I am planning on getting new springs/shocks/struts VERY soon and will more than likely be going through Les Schwab. They're expensive, but will offer credit.
I went through them when I did my '93 Beretta GTZ suspension. I went with the Eibach Pro-Kit and while the handling was nicely improved, the ride height remained "tall".
Is the Eibach SportLine kit available for the 3RdGens?
If so, doesn't it sit lower than the Pro-Kit?
Overall question: Is there a spring kit that you all like more than the Eibachs? I will mainly be using the car for some very light drag racing/ auto-x, and mostly street cruising.
Also, what would you say is a really decent shock/strut for these cars?
I'm hoping to get out of there with new springs/shocks/struts for about $800.

$800 sounds do able, I wouldn't think it would take two guys in a shop more than an hour to do springs, struts and shocks using air tools. From what I've read Eibachs are fairly popular. Struts, I give the nod to Bilstein.

I'm leaning more towards the SportLines from Eibach, just because they're a bit lower and that's what I'm going for.
sportlines will give a very aggressive drop (like one and a half inches), and you might what to go with adjustable struts and shocks like koni, since you plan on doing most of everything with ur car. good luck.

the sportlines are a nice spring, they are a pretty high rate springs, so get a good shock/strut to match with them, the bilstein SPs or Koni would be a good choice IMHO.

Got a little sich-e-a-shun here.
I went to Les Schwab today and they wanted $600 for the struts/shocks (KYB's) and that was just an ESTIMATE.
Anyone know where I can get some KYB's? PLEASE?
Also, anyone know the CHEAPEST place to get Eibach's SportLine springs?
