Torque arm- need help fast.

I am in the middle of my rearend swap which I will finnish tomorrow. Anyway, when i un bolted the torque arm from the rear and pulled out the rear the torque arm slid back and landed on the ground. aka there was nothing attaching it up front other then something it slid into. Is this normal? I really need to know by tomorrow to know if I need to go screw with some things in the front of the car or just slide the thing in.
Thanks
Dennis

You're fine. The front of the stock torque arm just slips into the rubber mount bolted on the side of the tranny.
