Poly bushing ?
Im doin like a complete overhaul of my suspension soon. I'll be getting-
Spohn SFCs
Ebach Pro-kit springs
Tokico Illumina adjustable shocks
Adjustable panhard bar
LCA relocating kit
and new bushings.
I'm getting a polyurethane bushings kit, but I know that there are some parts that you don't them on, what are they? It's gonna be used for street, autox and drifting so I want it all tight, especialy the rear. Thanx.
Also, if theres any of those parts that I can get better ones from a different brand w/o payin twice as much, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Make sure you don't buy duplicates of what you have when you get the polyurethane "kit". I was going to get the ES Hyperflex kit until I realized that it came with (and I was paying for) new anti-sway-bar end links and a transmission mount- I already had those pieces.
As far as bushings go, any poly will work out. Don't forget about your torque arm mount bushings, find your part number by following the diagram at the bottom of this page: http://www.energysuspension.com/cam2.html It really made my car tighter around turns- and I felt a difference even while going straight!
