Can't get springs intalled???

I bought a set of MOROSO trick front springs and they're too tall. I already cut one coil off but I still can't get the A-arm down far enought to get them in. What gives? What kind of spring compressor will work?

go to Autozone and borrow their spring compressor and use both of them on the springs. tighten them as tight as possible then insert them into the A-fram and spring seat. Now take a floor jack and jack them into place. If you begin to jack the car, you need to tighten the spring a little more. This is the way that I was able to get mine in the little bugger. Also, if the spring compressor dont have long enough bolts you will ne to go to Lowe's or Home Depot and get the nut and bolts that will allow you to compress the spring very tight (this is what I had to do), after that you should be good to go....

Thanks a lot. I'll check out autozone today.

I took my a frame off to get my springs in. Had to jack a frame up to assist spring compressor. This may save you some grief!

i couldnt get my eibach front drag springs in, so i just stuck in my pro kit ones which slid right in no problem. i used the spring compressor from auto zone and still couldnt get the spring small enough wiht the compressor to slid in together. i guess i am glad because those look like they would of raised the car a crap load.
