75 10 bolt posi into 82 Z

Now I know these do not bolt up, but I cannot find a local rear end around here under 400$. And by the time I get one shipped, it is over 400$ anyways. I have the 10 bolt posi, can I make it work, thanks guys.

if you have a rear end shop that knows what they're doing, you can get the spring perches and LCA brackets and shock mounts welded on and then some kind of torque arm mount would have to be fabricated. It might also need to be shortened, chances are, the mods to make it work are still gonna be over $400...i assume thats your budget...

sure it'd work. all you need to do is relocate the brackets to the new rear and make provisions for a torque arm, should be that hard to do. might want to check the width too, might have to change that but i bet it'd work.
