what do you think?

I am getting Hotchkis subframe connectors soon and they don't include y-pipe (rounded by red oval in the picture). Does the lack of y-pipes mean lots of lost body strength? I would get spohns but my local part shop does not sell them and i am not interested to order them from US to europe.

If you wanted to you could go to a welding shop and have them cut the square steel to length for the transmission braces

yeah, there just strait tubing. Nothing special. I have the spohn's and i think the left side one has a relief to match up to the round frame rail. Nothing anybody with a hacksaw and file couldn't make

I even left my passenger side one off cause it wouldn't clear the cats for the life of me.

That would be a good picture for a Sticky about Chassis Strengthening. You could photochop stuff on there showing people where each chassis part goes (SFC, Wonderbar, Etc). That pic makes the underside look alot more accessable than it does while I'm rolling around under the car LOL!! Maybe I should go push my car off the jackstands!

As for the actual question here, best bet is to have someone weld those in after/while the SFC's are being welded in. Any welder/fabricator should be able to do it.
