It's time to upgrade the lower control arms, but there are like 100 different ones... and then you have the Lakewood traction bars/LCA's... so I really don't know what to get!
I did a search and there weren't any other threads that answered my question really.
I know nothing about suspention, so should I shun anything adjustable?

i like my spohn setup, poly non adjustable tubular lower control arms, and their relocation brackets. i think things simple so i am not an adjustable kinda guy other than the torque arm and panhard bar.

Get some non-adjustable LCAs, poly if you drive it on the street; and a set of LCA lowering brackets. The Spohn brackets are good ones to get. His LCAs, or Lakewoods, are the best bang for the buck. Steve's are much heavier-duty but may be way more than you need for your car. Do not get the Lakewood "traction bars", they are a gimmick.

A set of relocation brackets with Lakewood LCAs is the cheapest setup. 65 for the brackets from spohn and 80 for the LCAs.
