Man that hurt to read. Anyways, do want tires for track or for on the street? You want to look into getting some lower control arm relocation brackets. Your rear end is slightly out of allignment right now with the lowering srpings and stock LCA location. That alone will give you traction nightmares. What size tire are you running on there now? I have the 17x9 snypers as well but they do not come in 9.5" widths. You can run a 275/40/ZR17 without any probelms. That is a 10.8" rear tread width and you should hook with that. As for the track, I would look for an old set of RS wheels or IROC wheels and put a drag radial on there. you will hook with those.
So things to get.
Relocation Brackets
Better lower control arms (not sure what you really have)
Better/bigger tire

I would invest in some relocation brackets for sure, what 60 foot times are u getitng?
try some drag radials like from nitto. the 555 i believe are the number, i am pretty sure i am going with them or dfg drag radials.
also u might want to think about getting some drag shocks, like from lakewood, they are working quite nice for me and my car is a daily driver.
