Ws6?

I have an 88 formula 350 WS6 or at least I thought I did. I recently purchased a new set of rotors from NAPA but they were wrong, they are 12in and the ones my car is set up for is 10 1/2in. Is my car not really a WS6? It has the big tires n wheels, sway bar, and it even says it on the dash. I would just check the data plate but that was gone before I even touched the car. How can I figure this out? If anyone knows what size does each car have?

LMAO, they gave you the 1LE brakes!!! Those must have been a pretty penny there.

WS6 had normal type front brakes and an upgraded rear disc brake on back, IRRC. The guys gave you 1LE type rotors (High po option for brakes bigger than stock). Have them look it up on the computer again. I'm guessing they just heard ws6 and assumed that it was the same as 1LE.

Nope! My WS6 has got drums in back .
WS6 was just a suspension option, not brakes.

In either case, if his original rotors are measuring 10.5" then he doesn't have 1LE. Hence the 12" rotors won't work.

Good to know. Guess my WS6 is special since it has PBR type rear brakes. Anyways it still doesn't change the front brake messup like FruityOne stated. I still say the auto place heard WS6 and just assumed 1LE.
