Stopping Sucks!

When I hit the brake hard the whole car pulls to the left, but the steering wheel doesn't react. I'm thinking it might be the brake calipers, but why doesn't the steering wheel react? Help Me!

Just to ask a stupid question, but it is important, is the road completely flat? If a road has any serious slope to it or rutts that can cause a general drag to one side without much steering jerk. Out side of that probably calipers and/or drums.

If it is a rear drum car you might need a rebuild kit. Someone correct me if im wrong. Mine pulls right in the rain under heavy braking because they lock up because i need to rebuild mine.

Sounds like the usual clogged rubber brake line. The left is ok which is why it pulls left when you brake. The right is likely clogged not allowing pressure to the caliper. Replace the rubber lines and bleed them. Or you could step up to Earls braided lines.
