Brake upgrade for 4-wheel disc

I am trying to find out if there is a minor upgrade available for all four corners of my car. I already have 4-wheel disc and am trying not to spend $3,000 dollars on brakes, but want just a little better performance than stock. Is there anything out there for me?

A worthwhile start for you would be to replace the stock brake lines with steel braided brake lines. There's plenty of info on the board about this and numerous testimonies to the effects of it. I was very impressed with the increased pedal feel this gives.

Read a recent post by Traxion in the below linked thread for part numbers etc:-

Check the condition of your existing pads and discs. Then consider changing to better pads, and then vented replacement discs.

You will notice an improvement with this lot. Hope that helps.

Do a search on "brake upgrades" and see what you get. SPohn sells some NICE kits, but you should also look into the C4, C5, and LS1 brake upgrades now available for our cars. For the rears, go with 12" PBRs or the newer LS1 rear upgrade also.
