Quiet tires?
Quiet tires?
Here's a wierd one. I have "Grand Spirit" tires on my GTA and I've never heard of that company before. They came with the car. Thing is, they're very quiet. When I mash down the throttle, I can tell the rears are spinning with no traction, but there's no loud squeal and not much smoke comes from these tires.
Even on a brakestand, the tires spin furiously, but little or no smoke comes from them, and there're still quiet.
I need to get new tires anyway. I was looking at either Kumhos or Goodyears. Are some tires easier to break loose than others?

Some tires grip better than others, that is an example of tires that don't grip for ****. I have triend the Kuhmos, they do the same damn thing, breaking loose all the time and no noise... I hate it. I want tires that hook.
If you want ultimate grip with normal performance street tires, go with BFGoodrich G-Force T/A KDW. They aren't pretty cheap, and you can't beat the performance for the price, very good tires.
