control arm bushings

I've got my front control arms out, have pressed the ball joints out, and pressed the bushings out, but the shells of the bushings are still in. Should I bother to press those out too, and install the new ones as a unit (shell, bushing, and inner sleeve) or should I just leave them in, and press the new bushings and inner sleeves into the old shells?
